Hello!

I’m Clara Stewart, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #149210 who joined The Holistic Counseling Center in 2022.

I  offer a holistic approach to psychotherapy, and work with adults, teens and couples struggling with: 

I integrate mindfulness techniques with evidence-based treatment modalities to help you find relief from your symptoms and make last change in your life. I have practiced and studied the art and science of yoga for over ten years, and believe deeply in the healing power of the mind-body-spirit connection.

I received my Masters Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from UMass Global. I am also a level 1 Gottman therapist (couples counselor),  a certified yoga teacher, and a meditation practitioner. 

When not working with clients, you can find me spending time with my daughter, practicing yoga, taking my golden retriever swimming, and cooking. 

I am currently accepting new clients for in-person therapy in El Dorado Hills. I also provide virtual counseling for anyone in California.
