Hi there! I’m Perri Griffin, a Licensed Marriage + Family Therapist who joined The Holistic Counseling Center in 2021. If you’re feeling stuck in an endless loop of self-sabotaging behaviors, overwhelm that keeps you from living your potential, and ready for real change that honors your spiritual journey, I can help.
I offer holistic psychotherapy, with a focus on IFS and Somatic Therapy, for individuals looking for support with Anxiety, Shadow work, Postpartum Depression, Parenting, Spirituality and more.
I weave mindfulness, parts work, somatic practices and depth psychology into the therapeutic work, to help you heal mind, body, heart and spirit.
I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s College of California, and received advanced training in supporting moms and families through Postpartum Support International. I am also certified as a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C).
When not in the office you can find me playing with my kids , drinking a warm cup of tea, and spending quality time with my family and friends around the dinner table.
I currently offer counseling and in-person therapy in El Dorado Hills as well as virtual counseling in California.
